Pet Policy:

The landlord reserves the right to deny a pet or pets for any reason.

If permitted, the Landlord shall charge a fee of $50.00 per month, unless there are damages that result from the pet(s).  The tenant will be liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused by the tenant’s pet.  The tenant will pay all costs to repair, clean or replace any damage to the premises including but not limited to carpets, floors, tiles, walls, doors, screens, windows, blinds, drapes, cabinets, landscaping and fences. These charges will be in addition to the monthly pet fee.

For multiple pets (dogs or cats) there will be a $25 per month additional charge.
